Bryn Merida focuses on providing whole-self wellness services to clients with the studio's fresh, modern space fin Rhode Island. Clients can experience a myriad of services that will improve their physical and emotional well-being.

 

Bryn’s experience as a Licensed Massage therapist combined with her unique ability to effectively focus on each client’s individual needs is central to her practice. By applying a holistic approach to each therapy session, Bryn brings an intuitive touch that will source the root cause of a client’s pain or discomfort by exercising multiple therapeutic massage techniques to facilitate the release of muscular and energy blockages, encourage self-discovery and wellness, and restore the balance of energy flow. 

 

Building on her 20+ years of experience, Bryn is also extensively trained in chronic pain management, injury rehabilitation, myofascial and neuromuscular techniques, as well as perinatal support. 

 

Bryn recently earned her certification in Mindful Awareness in Body-Oriented Therapy and is excited to offer this modality, which combines manual, mindfulness, and psycho-educational approaches to teach interoceptive awareness and related self-care skills. Her training will be particularly helpful for individuals living with chronic physical or mental health conditions and those in recovery from trauma or chemical dependency.  MABT provides alternative coping strategies to the bodily disconnection and experiential avoidance that can be quite prevalent and distressing for individuals with these health challenges. A perfect complement to Bryn’s focus on her clients, MABT also promotes well-being in healthy individuals, important for preventative health care. Bryn is also a Martha Beck Wayfinder trained life coach, adding another layer of support and service for her clients. 

 

Bryn’s empathetic approach, experience, intuition, and compassion serve as the foundation for her massage therapies, making her exceptionally qualified to address and treat many different sources of pain and discomfort. Bryn supports her clients both emotionally and physically, remaining steadfast in her goal to bring total, holistic care as part of her practice.

Linda is a dedicated massage therapist with over ten years experience in the field. Linda takes a holistic approach to her practice considering not only physical but also the emotional and energetic aspect of her clients.

Linda has honed her expertise in a wide range of modalities including Swedish, prenatal, deep tissue, and hot stone massage. She is the mother of two, so she understands the daily joys and challenges that being a parent can bring. Linda is committed to providing personalized care to each of her clients,
tailoring treatments to address specific concerns and promote relaxation and healing.

I am a strong believer that anything is possible if you really put your mind to it. All goals, no matter how big or small, start with taking that first step. I love helping clients overcome preconceived notions of what they can and cannot do...small changes over time, lead to big accomplishments that can last a lifetime. ​

 

Everyone's goals are unique, and therefore there is no "one size fits all" approach.  I have experience training a wide variety of individuals, but specialize in helping people with weight loss, and increasing quality of life through exercise and nutrition.  I don't believe in the "no pain no gain" mentality, but rather insuring that we start at the appropriate level and integrate the most adequate training modalities to help you reach your goals.  I love to set goals, and believe that the key to success is consistency; if you commit to a solid plan and progress in the right way, I promise you'll be amazed at what you can achieve. ​

Caitie earned her Master of Occupational Therapy Degree at the University of Southern Maine and is a Licensed and Registered Occupational Therapist in the state of Rhode Island practicing Preventive and Regenerative Fasciology Therapy. She is a graduate of the Fascia Advancement Academy and is trained in the use of Ashley Black’s Fasciablasters™, a group of FDA approved class 1 medical devices for fascia remodeling.

Thru extensive education and clinical experience in a multitude of US healthcare settings, Caitie has combined her traditional medical model experience with a more holistic, new-age, evidence based approach called Fasciablasting™. This method has been scientifically proven to rejuvenate the body’s fascia which can lead to alleviation of chronic pain, improvement of postural defecates, increased range of motion, elimination of cellulite and enhancing the overall physical performance of the body and more.

Caitie believes wholeheartedly in the body’s ability to heal itself. She takes an in-depth, personalized approach to each client's unique needs and goals to foster personalized sessions to foster long-lasting healing of both the body and spirit. When she isn’t practicing, she can be found enjoying nature, surfing, practicing yoga (here or around the world) and spending quality time with the people she loves.

Kayla is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetics and wellness. With her passion for helping others feel confident while preserving their natural beauty, she recently started helping clients achieve their weight-loss goals with her new medicated assisted weight-loss program.

Kayla is a Rhode Island native and lives in Exeter, RI with her husband, Alex, and her two sons, Austin and Brody.

Dee is deeply passionate about the transformative effects that bodywork can have on both the body and mind. With a holistic approach, she is committed to helping her clients feel truly wonderful in their own bodies.

​

A certified Reiki Level II practitioner, and a certified IPT practitioner, Dee combines energy healing with Integrated Positional Therapy techniques to provide restorative correction to muscle imbalances. This type of bodywork is gentle, pain free, and done on a massage table, fully clothed. Homework assignments will be encouraged  as well - gentle stretches to be done daily.

With her latest certification in Thai body massage, ( also fully clothed ) she applies the ancient techniques of pressure and stretch that promote relaxation, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Additionally, she has been a dedicated yoga instructor since 2015 and is a newly certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer, emphasizing strength, mobility, and balance in her practice.
