May has arrived, and with it comes a fresh sense of energy, renewal, and a great reminder to take care of yourself.

At The Bodywork Collaborative, we love this time of year — longer days, warmer weather, and the perfect opportunity to reset your body and mind. Whether you’ve been dealing with stress, tight muscles, or just need time to unwind, now is a great time to schedule a session and step into the season feeling your best.

And with Mother’s Day right around the corner, don’t forget- gift cards make it easy to give Mom something she’ll genuinely enjoy and remember. Click here to get mom something special.

Appointments are filling quickly, so we encourage you to book ahead or grab a gift card today.

We look forward to seeing you soon.

Warmly,

The Bodywork Collaborative

Practitioners at The Bodywork Collaborative

We are welcoming Gracie Flynn, who is a massage therapy student, graduating in August 2026, and currently interning at the studio. Drawn to the power of human touch, she is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their bodies.

With an intuitive and grounding approach, Gracie focuses on the mind-body connection, supporting both pain relief and emotional release. She creates a safe, supportive space for clients to relax, feel embodied, and release tension. She is especially interested in deep tissue work and is also Reiki certified, bringing an added layer of awareness to her sessions.

Intern sessions are 60 minutes long and $50. You can book with Gracie on ClinicSense with sessions beginning 5/22.
