Sounds simple enough, right?  Then why is it not everyone has EVERYTHING they desire?? What are the missing pieces?  And truthfully, it is simple, but as you may very well know, thoughts can easily scurry out of hand.

This special space is the perfect space ...a safe space for clients to express their physical and emotional needs, a place to be heard and be seen, and a place to practice and experience relief from the stresses of every day.

What to Expect:

- We will begin by participating in a cacao ceremony.  This is a spiritual practice that involves the ceremonial use of cacao, a plant known for its heart-opening and healing properties. Participants gather in a sacred space to drink cacao prepared in a specific manner, aiming to connect deeper with themselves and others

- Deep Connections: Share meaningful conversations and create lasting bonds with other women who understand your journey and are on similar paths.

- Supportive Community: Feel the support and warmth of a sisterhood that uplifts and empowers you to be your best self.

All you will need is:

• a yoga mat

• time

• a journal (if you do not have one …let me know and one will be provided!!)

• an open mind and being in a place to receive……………..

Welcome Muffy!

Introducing this sweet girl! An unexpected (but right on time!) gift in our lives!

I couldn't say no when we were offered this sweet 8 week old golden retriever puppy. I am thrilled to welcome Muffy to our family and TBC community. She is lovingly named after my grandmother.  While she can’t replace Leia, she is truly a balm for our hearts and joy for our soul. We can't wait for you to meet her!
