Solstice Event and More!

Hi everyone!

I am super excited to announce that I have recently begun my studies to earn my Polyvagal Certificate. This new knowledge will enhance my work with clients and build upon my MABT training.

Polyvagal theory training will help me track my client’s trauma and help me to reduce their symptoms and speed healing. With a deeper understanding of how trauma impacts the nervous system, we can work together to find interventions that will be more effective and deliver faster results.

I am looking forward to applying this knowledge in our clinic. Stay tuned for more information about the Somatic Coaching Sessions I have planned this year.

Celebrate the Longest Day of the Year with us! You're invited to a Summer Solstice Ceremony on Sunday June 22nd at 6 PM at 650 Ten Rod Road North Kingstown.

Dee Harrison will be teaching yoga on Mondays 5:30-6:30pm starting July 7th! These yoga sessions will feature a style of yoga that is about resetting our muscle imbalances for strength and pain free living - more in line with gentle stretching than rapid flow. Participants will be asked to donate any amount to join the sessions (even if it's just a dollar!)

I hope you’ve had as relaxing a month as I have. Mommy says I’m her big love bug! I’m pretty sure summer is here, but it would be nice not to have rain all the time. I don’t like baths and the rain makes me muddy!
